Terms of Service

• No financial advice. All content is educational. Trading involves risk of loss.
• Automated execution. The MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor places and manages orders on your own broker account, under your own account settings. You are responsible for lot sizes, leverage and available margin.
• Free plan. Free accounts trade at the minimum lot size and only on alternating trading days. These limits may change with notice.
• Subscriptions. $49/month ($490/year) when trading through our partner broker, $69/month ($690/year) with any other broker. The optional MetaTrader 5 VPS is $10/month ($100/year). Billed in advance and auto-renewing until cancelled.
• Partner broker. The $49 plan requires an account with our partner broker. That arrangement may involve compensation to us.
• Refunds. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a period starts.
• Fair use. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly share our signals or the Expert Advisor.
• Liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information required to deliver our services — for example your email address, WhatsApp number and subscription status. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.

• Purpose limitation. Data is used for account creation, support and signal delivery.
• Third parties. Payment processors and messaging providers act as data processors.
• Your rights. Request access, correction, export or deletion through the contact form.
• Security. Encryption in transit, restricted access and routine audits.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login and session handling, plus optional analytics cookies to improve the product. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the core service will still work.

Risk Disclosure & Legal Notices

• Educational only. Content and trade signals are for education and information. They are not individualised recommendations or fiduciary advice.
• No registration. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not hold client funds; all trades are executed on your own account, with a broker you contract with directly.
• Market risks. Trading foreign exchange, indices, commodities and CFDs — including the crypto CFDs listed by forex brokers — involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Leverage can magnify losses.
• Automation risk. Automated execution can be interrupted or distorted by connectivity loss, terminal downtime, broker rejections, slippage, spread widening or symbol-naming differences. Orders may be missed, partially filled, or filled at prices different from those shown in a signal.
• Performance. Any performance figures, backtests or examples may be hypothetical or simulated and have inherent limitations. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Data and latency. Content may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors due to third-party data providers or messaging networks. Uptime is not guaranteed.
• User responsibility. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions, for compliance with local laws, and for any tax reporting obligations.
• No sharing. Redistribution or resale of our content, signals or software is prohibited.
• Eligibility. The service is not intended for persons under 18 or where prohibited by law. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
• Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of, or reliance on, this service.
